Bianca, I didn’t know there was a difference between the terms “faculty” and “staff” either. I just assumed they were different words but meant the same thing. Now I see how sad it is the faculty is cared for more compared to staff. Like you said, without the staff the schools would not run smoothly. I agree we must prioritize the safety of ALL individuals, not just specifically students or professors. Staff are the ones who don’t have much of a choice when it comes to going back to work or not. We must try and come up with some solutions for them to be able to work and not risk their lives at the same time.
